PURPOSE:To improve S/N and operability by fitting either of the information input hole of a data processor and an information hole where the information output projection of a handy terminal is fitted with an annular elastic member which holds the other elastically, and forming positioning surfaces that the formation surfaces of the output projection and input hole abuts on opposite. CONSTITUTION:The handy terminal 2 is provided with the information output projection 16 which outputs tentatively stored data optically. The data processor 3, on the other hand, is provided with an optical information input means 21 and the information input hole 14 where the output projection 16 is fitted, and either of the information input hole 14 and output projection 16 is fitted with the annular elastic member 23 which holds the other elastically. Then the positioning surfaces 11a and 15a where the output projection formation surface and information input hole formation surface face each other and abut on each other are formed. Consequently, the handy terminal 2 where the data processor 2 is mounted is held excellently and an optical path for data transfer is accurately formed, so the data are transferred at the high S/N and the operability is improved. |
