PURPOSE:To generate a turbulent flow over a wide range of a clean room by a method wherein a motor is driven to cause vanes for generating a turbulent flow to be swung and a flowing direction of clean air blown from a blowing-out port is changed. CONSTITUTION:Turbulent flow generating vanes 40 and 40 enabling an air blowing direction to be varied are arranged in air-blowing ports 12 and 12 and are pivotally arranged in a main body casing 1. On the rear sides of the main body casing 1 and an ornamental plate 1b are arranged a motor 41 for driving vanes 40 and 40 to swing and an electrical driving mechanism 42 for transmitting the drive of the motor 41 to the vanes 40 and 40. In the event that a cleaning operation with driving of a fan 3 is carried out, the motor 41 is driven to cause the vanes 40 and 40 to be swung and then the blowing direction of the clean air blown out of the blowing-out ports 12 and 12 is changed. With such an arrangement, it is possible to generate a turbulent flow over a wide range in a clean room and then the clean air is also supplied to a corner part near the ceiling. |
