PURPOSE:To attain constant current driving of a current driving element with a higher output voltage than a conventional voltage by providing a higher resistance than that of other resistors to a resistor connecting the base and the emitter of a current control transistor(TR) in a bias circuit. CONSTITUTION:The collector of a current control TR 3 is connected to the base of an output TR 1 and the emitter is connected to an output terminal O2, a resistor 17 is connected between the emitter and the base, and a resistor 6 is connected between the collector and the base. Then a bias circuit 8 supplying a bias voltage to the current control TR 3 is formed with the resistors 6, 7, and since the resistance of the resistor 7 is higher than the resistance of the resistor 6, the decrease in the base-emitter voltage of the current control TR 3 at the maximum output voltage is decreased. Thus, constant current driving with a higher output voltage than that of a conventional circuit is attained. |
