PURPOSE:To issue one register request and one delete request before a register time to post a notice only in a certain period by designating the notice available period consisting of the register date and the delete date at the time of requesting registration of a document. CONSTITUTION:A notice board register request sent from a registration requester through a line is analyzed by a communication controller 15, and parameters, a register notice board code, register execution date information, and delete execution date information are sent to a notice board available period managing device 14, and the document is sent to a notice board buffer memory 11. At the register execution date and the delete execution date, the managing device 14 requests a notice board register device 12 and a notice board deleting device 13 to execute the register processing and the delete processing of a designated notice board respectively. A notice board managing device 17 stores the document in the memory 11 transferred from the register device 12 into a document memory 71 and updates document reference information in a notice board management memory 72 or deletes the document and management information of the notice board from the document memory 71 and the notice board management memory 72 respectively. |
