The oil filter comprises a heater (3) mounted to a groove (3'), the groove (3') formed on a periphery of a cylindrical body (1), a relief valve (5) mounted to the center of opening part (4), the first chamber (8) formed with a stepped type wall (7), the second chamber (9) formed with a space for reducing pressure. A diameter (T2) of an oil inlet (10) still smaller than a space (T1) of the chamber (9). The top (7A) of the wall (7) is formed with a plurality of holes (11).
