A cooking gridiron is provided to prevent food materials from being contacted to gridiron ribs, thereby restraining the food materials from sticking to the gridiron ribs. A cooking gridiron comprises flame holes(110) for direct roasting and a plurality of supports(120). The plurality of supports are protruded from the surface of gridirons(100). Food materials are placed at constant height by the supports. Owing to the supports, the food materials are not in contact with the bottom of the gridiron. |
