PURPOSE:To enable to easily form independent small capacity oven compartments utilizing an oven pan by a structure wherein a bead part protruding inward is provided at the center of the back wall of an oven compartment throughout its entire width and one oven pan is placed on a pair of pan supports located in the same level as the bead part. CONSTITUTION:The bead part 3 protruding inward is formed at the center of the back wall 2 of the box-shape oven compartment 1 throughout its entire width and as well as an air inlet port 4, air outlet ports 5 and 6 and a gas exhaust port 7 are formed on the back wall 2 above and below the bead part 3. In addition, a plurality of pair of the pan supports 21, on which the oven pans are placed, are arranged on both side walls 8. One pair of the pan supports 21, which is located at the center of the oven compartment 1, is so arranged that, when an oven pan 9 is placed on the supports, the rear part of the oven pan 9 abuts against the bead part 3 and at the same time its front part abuts against the door 10 of the oven compartment 1, resulting in transforming the oven compartment 1 into an upper chamber 19 and a lower chamber 20 by dividing with the oven pan 9. On the other hand, the remaining pairs of the pan supports 21 are so arranged that, when an oven pan 9 is placed on the supports, only the rear part of the oven pan 9 abuts against the back wall 2 and a gap 18 is formed between its front part and the door 10 by the protruded dimension of the bead part 3 respectively. |
