摘要

PURPOSE:To attain stable tracking control by adopting the consititution that the fulcrum point of an elastic support is made coincident with a turning point decided by a torque received by a cantilever assembly from a tracking coil. CONSTITUTION:A control current flows to the tracking coil 10, which is subject to absorption and repulsion with a permanent magnet 8 to turn the cantilever assembly. Thus, a reproducer stylus 7 is displaced in the radial direction of a disc to attain tracking control. Since the constitution that the fulcrum point of an elastic support 9 is made coincident with the turning center O of the catilever assembly is adopted, the torque of the catilever 6 is not exerted as the compressing and expanding force in the axial direction of the elastic support 9, and the unnecessary resonance produced by the compression/expansion deformation of the elastic support 9 is not caused.
