PURPOSE:To obtain the titled composition of outstanding thixotropy and thickening ability, free from sags, runs, stringing, etc. in the applicating operation, by incorporating a photocurable composition comprising a (meth)acrylic compound and photopolymerization initiator with silica provided with hydrophobicity by specified means. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition can be obtained by incorporating (A) a photocurable composition comprising (i) a (meth)acrylic oligomer and/or (meth)acrylic monomer [e.g. 2-hydroxyethyl (meth)acrylate, ethylene glycol dimethacrylate] and (ii) a photopolymerization initiator (e.g. benzophenone, 2,4-diethyl thioxanthone) with (B) as a thixotropic agent, hydrophobic silica (pref. with a particle size 0.1-50mmu) treated with a silane compound having >=6C chain hydrocarbon group (e.g. hexyltrimethoxysilane, stearylmethyl dichlorosilane). USE:Relay parts sealing agents, switch terminal-fixing adhesives, etc.
