PURPOSE:To enable no occurrence of a problem on the direction in which fluorescent lamps are mounted for replacement and a problem on a decrease in luminous flux and to miniaturize this device by forming a state of electrical continuity between an aluminium evaporative film formed on a reflective plate and one-sided electrodes of fluorescent lamps. CONSTITUTION:An aluminium evaporative film 25 of aluminium evaporation is formed on an inner surface of a reflective plate 1 and the surface is mirror- finished. Bumps 3a to 3d for supporting tongues 5 for current supply are projected outside both side plates 21 and 22. Bumps 3a and 3b projecting from the one-sided side plate 21 are made to electrically continue with this aluminium evaporative film 25. The bumps 3c and 3d projecting from the other-sided side plate 22 are insulated from the bumps 3a and 3b and the aluminium evaporative film 25. Hence, the evaporative film 25 functions as a trigger electrode in addition to a light reflecting surface, and therefore a lighting voltage is decreased to enable the miniaturization of this device and the prevention of a decrease in the whole luminous flux. Furthermore, the fluorescent lamps can be mounted irrespective of their mounting directions. |
