PURPOSE:To make a bulb in pointed and simple shape that it reflects the light emitted from a filament obliquely backward by mounting a filament inside a bulb of an electric lamp equipped with a reflection mirror, and providing a base at the end of the bulb, and fixing a reflection mirror at the inner face of the top of the bulb so that the center axis may accord with the center axis of the lamp. CONSTITUTION:The top of a glass bulb 3 that the maximum diameter of an electric lamp 1 is in the specified dimensions has pointed shape, and a reflection mirror 4 is formed at the inner face of the top by an aluminum deposition method. Also, the top shape of the bulb 3 is formed in the condition that the curved surfaces different in curvature are continued, and a filament 5 is provided in the bulb 3 which is connected electrically to a base 7 through two internal lead wires 6. Further, for the base 7, an eyelet 10 is provided at one end of a base shell 8 through an insulator 9, and a cylindrical body 12 is provided at the other end through an insulator 11. And the light coming out forward from the filament 5 is reflected obliquely backward with the reflection mirror 4 formed at the inner face of the pointed top of the bulb 3. |
