The monolithic ultra high frequency GaAs MESFET mixer circuit comprising inductors (632,634-636) and capacitors (623,624,626) has functional means for the power division of a signal power and a local oscillation, a phase conversion of a signal, and an impedance conversion. The circuit further includes a means for protecting the gate of MESFET (611,612) so that it shifts the phase to 180 degrees after coinciding the local oscillator and input signals.
