PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a light-weight base material mat for expediting curing of concrete by vapor curing by casting uncured urethane frothing material formed by using polyol and isocyanate in an upper part open type simple form formed on its inner surface with protrusion and recess pattern. SOLUTION: A liquid made of polyol and frother, B liquid containing isocyanate and compressed air are fed to a frothing mixer 10. As a simple form, form 5 formed on its surface with protrusion and recess pattern is adhered onto a support frame 4 and then its four sides are partitioned by side frames 6 for use. Uncured urethane frothing material 7 regulated by the mixer 10 is cast in its inside, cured, and then released from the form to a base material mat. Further, a sheet having a protrusion and recess pattern similar to the mat is manufactured by using polyvinyl chloride raw fabric sheet by a vacuum molding method, and adhered to a surface of the pattern of the mat to manufacture the decorative form. |
