PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of necking, drain water well and provide a good appearance by overlapping a plurality of straight warps for reinforcing in zigzag and fusion bonding them partly. CONSTITUTION:While an inner rotating die 10 and an outer ring rotating die 11 facing each other reversely are rocked and rotated by the angle theta, molten synthetic resin P which is pressure fed through a resin path 14 is extruded out of extrusion holes 12a, 12b and 12c in zigzag. Zigzag warps 1a extruded out of the extrusion hole 12 and linear symmetrical zigzag warps 16 extruded out of the extrusion hole 12b are fusion bonded at respective sites 2 to form a mesh 3. Simultaneously the warps 1c for reinforcing extruded in zigzag out of the extrusion hole 12c are overlapped on the center line of the linear symmetrical zigzag warps 1a alternately, and fusion bonded partly at overlapped sites 4. An uncured cylindrical net raw body N just after continuous extrusion molded out of an extrusion molding machine, therefore, is provided with a net structure in which a mesh 3 is formed by fusion bonding of zigzag warps 1a and 1b at respective contact sites 2 and zigzag warps 10 for reinforcing are overlapped with zigzag warps 1a alternately and fusion bonded partly. |
