PURPOSE:To provide the breaking device which can produce a large amt. of crushed stone by disintegrating caky reformed and solidified soil to relatively uniform grain sizes for the purpose of disposition and effective utilization of the construction surplus soil, etc., generated in an excavation work for construction or tunnel work, etc. CONSTITUTION:The outer peripheries of a pair of rotary drums 3, 3 are projectingly provided with projection-like breaking blades 4 having the disposition and height to generate the destruction by shearing or bending and pulling of the caky reformed and solidified soil 1 passing the spacing between these drums at prescribed sizes. A pair of the rotary drums 3, 3 are opened with the spacings corresponding to the thickness of the reformed and solidified soil 1 between the tips of the respective breaking blades 4. In addition, a pair of the rotary drums 3, 3 are rotated in a common direction by maintaining the phase relation with which the respective breaking blades 4 shear or bend and pull the reformed and solidified soil 1. As a result, this device contributes to the continuous production of a large amt. of the crushed stone having uniform grain sizes of about 20 to 50mm diameters according to the purposes of use from the reformed and solidified soil formed to a cake form by adding a cement type stabilizer to the construction surplus sail and subjecting the soil to pressurizing and dehydrating treatments. |
