PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an effective and comparatively multi-purpose tool for fixing a small article in a worker's handwork. SOLUTION: Since the screwing tool for fixing a small article is so constituted that on the ring shape body 10 a part of which is chopped off, a bit 20 capable of mating with the mating part of the head 2 of the screw 1 is fixed, and around which a surrounding protector part 21 approximately equal to or a little bit higher than the bit tip is arranged, it is easy for the worker to align the position of the bit and the screw, when the work is done with the tool being put on his finger, the screw has no chance to come out of the position during the work, and therefore no much labor is required for the work. It is also easy for the worker to adjust his force to apply in screwing and no force more than required is applied to the lens. Furthermore, the tool being useable not only for assembling of glasses exclusively, but also for assembling of other small articles by handwork is excellent in multi-purpose properties, and is able to be provided at low cost.
