PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic image forming apparatus or the like by which a high image quality equal to a silver salt photograph is provided by sufficiently optimizing a media, hardware such as a printer and a post-processor and toner.

SOLUTION: The electrophotographic image forming apparatus comprises: an image processing controlling means to form a digital image on the surface of an electrostatic latent image carrier by fetching an inputted image data as a digital image data and performing image processing and image output control to the digital image data; a toner image forming means to develop the digital image as a toner image with the toner; a roll cutting means to cut the electrophotographic image receiving sheet of a roll state into the electrophotographic image receiving sheet of a specified size; a toner image forming means to form the toner image by transferring the toner image on the electrophotographic image receiving sheet; a smoothing and glossing means to perform the smoothing and glossing processing of the toner image; and a print edge part removing means to remove the edge part of an electrophotographic print.
