<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control entering of an infected person of infective disease into a facility and to prevent the infective disease from spreading. <P>SOLUTION: A control part 11 receives the ID number and personal information of an entering person input by using a keyboard 17 or a bar code scanner 16 through an interface 14 to store it in a storage part 12. When the result and date of the medical examination of the entering person input from the keyboard 17 are provided to the control part 11 through the interface 14, the result and date of the medical examination are provided to the storage part 12 to be stored coordinated with the ID number. The control part 11 transmits the ID number, the personal information, the result and date of the medical examination, and a command for instructing printing of data of them by a prescribed format to a printer 20 through a communication control part 13.
