A bit line precharge voltage generation apparatus is provided to perform a stable operation regardless of the variation of a core voltage by generating multiple bit line precharge voltages. A core voltage level detection part(100) enables a first enable signal when a core voltage is below a specific potential and enables a second enable signal when the core voltage is above the specific potential, by sensing the level of the core voltage. A bit line precharge voltage generation part(300) generates a bit line precharge voltage having a half level of the core voltage level when the first enable signal is enabled. A bit line precharge voltage clamping part(200) generates a clamped bit line precharge voltage having a constant potential regardless of the core voltage level when the second enable signal is enabled.
