PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid holding bag capable of suppressing a fluid taking out section from denting into a body section when receiving impact from the fluid taking out section. SOLUTION: An ink pack 22 is detachably loaded on an inkjet printer having a recording head discharging ink. The ink pack 22 has the baglike body section 30 with flexibility in which the ink is held, an ink taking out member 34 formed so as to protrude rearward from the rear end fringe 30a of the body section 30, and a pair of protruding sections 33 suppressing the ink taking out member 34 from denting into the body section 30 due to the impact when the impact is applied to the body section 30 from an ink taking out member 34 side.
