PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin-coated metal foil in which any wrinkle or line does not occur in the metal foil even if the thin metal foil, especially a copper foil of 12μm or less is used, and the thickness of the formed resin layer is uniform, and its manufacturing method, and a metal clad laminated sheet using the resin-coated metal foil obtained by the manufacturing method and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: The resin-coated metal foil has a constitution that the resin layer is formed on one side of the metal foil, and a lining material in which a removable adhesive is laminated on a substrate is formed on the surface opposite to the surface in which the resin layer is formed. The resin-coated metal foil and an insulating layer are laminated such that the resin layer of the resin-coated metal foil contact the insulating layer to obtain a metal clad laminated sheet. The metal foil is a copper foil, the resin layer contains a block copolymer polyimide resin, and a thickness of the lining material is to be within a range of 12-350μm.
