PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low heat white cement clinker which generates low heat by hydration and is excellent in whiteness, and also to provide a production method for the same. SOLUTION: The production method for the low heat white cement clinker comprises burning raw materials for a low heat white cement with a material containing sulphur together to obtain the low heat white colored cement clinker. The cement clinker contains following amounts of components measured by Rietveld analysis using powder X-ray diffraction: the amount of A-lite is 20.0-40.0 mass%; the amount of B-lite is 40.0-70.0 mass%; the amount of aluminate phase is not more than 4.0 mass%; and the amount of ferrite phase is not more than 1.5 mass%.
