The reflector has two interleaved waveguides with arrays, where base of each guide is closed by a phase-shifting circuit realizing reflection and phase shift of the wave it receives. One of the arrays is designed to receive vertical polarization and the other array is designed to receive horizontal polarization perpendicular to the vertical polarization. Metallic interior protrusions are formed along a width (a) of the guide, where the protrusions are in a form of a plane and are formed against each other. The protrusions are realized by interior reinforcement of a wall of the guides.
