OZONE WATER MAKING APPARATUS

PURPOSE:To continuously make ozone water with concn. higher than or different from that of conventional one by preparing ozone gas from pure water to react the same with sprayed water two or more times and enhancing the concn. of ozone water or setting the same to predetermined concn. CONSTITUTION:The first ozone reaction cylinder 35 is provided with a spray nozzle 38, a gas diffusing jig 37 discharging the undissolved ozone gas from a subsequent ozone reaction cylinder 2 into the reaction cylinder 35 and a liquid pump 42 discharging ozone water obtained. At least, one ozone reaction cylinder 2 is provided with a spray nozzle 6, an ozonizer 3 for electrolyzing water to obtain ozone gas, a gas diffusing jig 5 discharging the ozone gas from the ozonizer 3 into the reaction cylinder 2 and a liquid pump 22 discharging obtained ozone water. The sequential ozone reaction cylinder 2 is connected next to the first ozone reaction cylinder 35 in series so that the flow of ozone water becomes series.
