PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical composition suitable for lyophilized products which are excellent in storage stability, the composition containing a polypeptide (TNFR-Fc) in which the extracellular ligand-binding moiety of a human p75 tumor necrosis factor receptor fuses to the Fc region of human IgG1.SOLUTION: The invention relates to a lyophilized composition containing a polypeptide in which the extracellular ligand-binding moiety of a human p75 tumor necrosis factor receptor fuses to the Fc region of human IgG1, the composition containing (1) sucrose and/or trehalose, etc., (2) methionine and/or histidine, and (3) 100 mM or less of a pharmaceutically acceptable salt; and to a production method thereof.SELECTED DRAWING: None
