PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an NOx purification device having sufficiently high NOx purification performance even in a case including a high temperature condition of 260°C or more for an operation temperature of the device.SOLUTION: An NOx purification device includes a porous electrolyte membrane 2 formed of silicon oxide, a cathode side electrode 3 disposed on one surface of the porous electrolyte membrane, an anode side electrode 4 disposed on the other surface of the porous electrolyte membrane, a precious metal catalyst carried on the cathode side electrode 3 and/or the porous electrolyte membrane 2, and an electric conduction device 5 connected to the anode side electrode 4 and the cathode side electrode 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
