PURPOSE:To prevent physical properties from lowering after a long time and increase resistance to color change by providing a film composed of a weather- resistant, good coating material blended with a coloring agent of given thickness or more on the surface of a covering layer. CONSTITUTION:A film composed of weather-resistant, good coating material blended with 5-75wt.% of a coloring agent is provided in the thickness of 25mum or more on the surface of a covering layer of a corrosionproof coated steel material with a layer of colored polyolefin resin. As for the polyolefin resin, for example, a polyolefin homopolymer such as polyethylene and polypropylene and also an olefin copolymer such as an ethylene-acetate vinyl copolymer and an ethylene-propylene copolymer can be used. The adding quantity of the coloring agent should desirably be 0.05wt.% or over for the purpose of sufficient coloring of PO resin, and 5wt.% or lower for the purpose of not lowering physical properties. The thickness of film should be 25mum or more for the purpose of screening ultraviolet rays and oxygen in atmosphere generating lowered physical properties of PO resin, and should desirably be 500mum or less from the viewpoint of coating workability. |
