The present invention relates to a pipe connecting system using rotatable wedges to connect pipes. According to the pipe connecting system comprises: a connecting body having a wedge groove surrounding a circumference of a pipe, including a first tube opened toward an entering pipe, and a second tube coupled with the first tube to form an entrance; a rotation part installed on the wedge groove, and having a cross-section of a semicircular shape to closely attach to a corner of the wedge groove; and an extension part formed as one body with the rotation part, to respectively come in contact with an elastic member and the pipe. The extension part in contact with the pipe comprises: a rotatable wedge having sawteeth; an elastic member to rotate the rotatable wedge; and a sealing member. The pipe connecting system allows connecting the pipes and sealing by rotation of the rotation part of the rotatable wedge in a close contact with the wedge groove, when inserting the pipe. |
