PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce processing in an edge router to obtain efficient processing executed in a virtual home gateway system.SOLUTION: A switch level device 50 which distributes a packet flow is connected to a virtual home gateway 10. The virtual home gateway 10 includes: a storage unit 40 which stores a global address; an authentication unit 31 which performs channel authentication to a terminal 2; an output unit 32 which outputs a private address to the terminal 2; an identification unit 33 which identifies a packet flow received from the switch level device 50, to pass a permitted packet flow only; and a conversion unit 34 which, by referring to the global address stored in the storage unit 40, converts between the private address and the global address.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
