PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication device, a communication system and a communication method capable of transmitting and receiving data with a broad communication band.SOLUTION: Compensation value calculation means 35 calculates a phase noise compensation value according to an interval between each of a plurality of pilot signals included in a radio frame which is transmitted from the transmission side and received by reception means. Pilot signal timing determination means 39 determines an interval between the pilot signals, according to the compensation value calculated by the compensation value calculation means 35.
