PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide means for improving an effect of flow regulation by a distributing plate for smoothly discharging cooking gas generated from a relatively large-scaled cooking site through a duct after being collected once in a space in the hood without changing a structure of the range hood itself.SOLUTION: This invention is constituted in such a way that it is formed by a hood 10 having a discharging duct 3 installed at a top part and having a box-shaped gas-collecting space opened on a cooking range at a lower end surface, a distributing plate 1 composed of a flat plate for regulating cooking gas ascending from the cooking range is installed inside an opening plane, and the flat plate constituting the distributing plate 1 is arranged to be inclined at an inclination angle of 10 degrees or more at any orientation inside a lower releasing plane of the box-shaped gas-collecting space.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
