A paging method and a paging device are provided. The paging method for paging a UE through multiple small cells includes: identifying a first small cell where the UE is currently registered, obtaining a physical neighbor list according to the first small cell, obtaining an activity neighbor list according to the first small cell, and paging the UE according to the physical neighbor list and the activity neighbor list. The physical neighbor list includes part of the small cells which are spatially neighboring the first small cell. The activity neighbor list includes part of the small cells which have UE activity trajectories connected to the first small cell. |
