PURPOSE:To surely catch and contain absorption-retardant excretions by superposing and placing the liquid permeable upper face sheet on the upper face of a liquid permeable top sheet, and also, placing an absorber between the top sheet and a liquid unpermeable back sheet. CONSTITUTION:A disposable diaper 1 consists of a liquid permeable top sheet 2, a liquid unpermeable back sheet 3, and an absorber 4, a liquid permeable upper face sheet 9 is superposed and provided on the upper face of the top sheet 2, and both its front and rear end parts 9A, 9B are joined and fixed to waist parts 5, 5 of the top sheet by an adhesive agent, ultrasonic welding, thermal welding, etc. In such a way, at the time of wearing the diaper, the gathered part of the waist part 5 and a leg part 6 stretches and it can be worn easily, and also, in the course of wearing it, the upper face sheet 9 which abounds in flexibility catches surely excretions so as to wrap them up by a pocket part 11 formed by the gathered part rising from the top sheet 2 by an elastic flexible member 10 in the crotch part, and a horizontal leak can be prevented surely together with the gathered part of the leg part 6 which adheres closely to thegroin part. |
