<p>1289921 Laminates H SALLINGER 24 Feb 1970 [6 March 1969 4 July 1969] 8704/70 Heading B5N A floor covering comprises a base layer 14 of rot-proof insulating fibres adhesively bonded to a textile layer 11 by a resin acid ester adhesive applied in the form of strips 13 with openings between the strips. In a preferred embodiment, a glass fibre fabric 12 is interposed between the textile layer and the base layer. The base layer preferably comprises synthetic fibres e.g. a needled felt of polyester fibres. The textile layer may comprise a woven or knitted fabric of synthetic fibres or a needled fleece of curled polypropylene fibres. The adhesive is preferably applied to the textile layer reinforced by the glass fibre fabric in molten state.</p> |
