PURPOSE:To improve the operability of a conversational processing system by displaying a group of commands necessary a task directory in a command menu. CONSTITUTION:A menu control part 1 is provided together with a command executing part 2, a task directory changing part 3, a user terminal 4, a command reading part 5, a file control system 6, a command defining part 7, and a tree structure file system 8. When the change of a task directory is instructed, the group of commands defined in accordance with the corresponding task directory are read and display at the terminal 4 in the form of a command menu. Thus a command menu is displayed according to the progress of a task and the operability of a conversational processing system is improved. |
