PURPOSE:To obtain a block of a powdered rubber composition, by a method wherein the title mold is constituted of a flat-platelike bottom force and top force, which is provided with an intermediate mold at a fixed height on the fringe part and has a recessed section, and the tip part of the intermediate mold coming into contact with the bottom force is formed into an acute-angled state. CONSTITUTION:A molding and curing mold 10 is constituted of a flat-platelike bottom force 11 and top force 13, which is provided with an intermediate mold 12 at a fixed height on the fringe part and has a recessed section. The tip part 12a of the intermediate mold 12 is formed into an acute-angled state and at the time of molding, a powdered rubber composition Q is torn off between the top of the bottom force 11 and intermediate mold 12. The tip part 12a is constituted of the quality of the material whose hardness is higher than that of the bottom force 11 so that the tip part 12a is not damaged when the same is caused to abut against the top of the bottom force 11. The powdered rubber composition Q is cast onto the flat-platelike bottom force 11, rolled by a leveling bar 14 or a rolling roller 15 and formed into a fixed thickness. The top force 13 is put vertically over the same from the upper part, fixed pressure is applied to the same by a press machine and when the tip part 12a of the intermediate mold 12 abuts against the top of the bottom force 11, the powdered rubber composition Q is torn off by the acute-angled tip part 12a. The powdered rubber composition Q is cured by heating and pressurizing the same and molded into a blocklike state. |
