<p>PURPOSE:To facilitate the mounting of a handrail and to prevent the transfer of heat from the handrail to a building by fixing the connection plate provided to the lower end of the support of the handrail on the foundation fixed by driving an anchor in a concrete floor through a heat insulating material. CONSTITUTION:A foundation 4 consisting of a base plate 5, a columnar post 6 and a connection plate 7 is formed. Next, an anchor plate 9 is provided and the anchors 10 allowed to protrude from the under surface thereof are inserted in the mounting holes of the foundation 4 and subsequently driven in the anchor holes 11 provided to a floor panel 2 to fix the foundation 4 to the floor panel 2. Subsequently, the connection plate 15 of the supports 13 of a handrail is fixed to the connection plate 7 through a heat insulating plate 16 made of a resin. The connected part is covered with a cover 22 and the frame 25 and runner 29 of the handrail are mounted. By this method, it is unnecessary to mount the handrail on a beam and execution can be easily performed and the transfer of heat from the handrail to a floor surface can be prevented.</p> |
