Uniform glossy cocoa butter coatings are produced on confectionery ware by spraying a solution of 5-15 parts cocoa butter with a mixture of 5-15 parts ethyl alcohol and 30-55 parts, monofluorotrichloromethane (cocoa butter is insoluble in pure alcohol). Difluorodichloromethane is used as a propellant. |
