<p>PURPOSE:To determine an execution scheduling order speedily within the set time by sorting object material into groups by specific attributes, determining the order of groups with the knowledge of a specialist so as to prepare one fundamental solution, and then determining an evaluation function to optimize the process order of material in each group. CONSTITUTION:The attribute (width, thickness, weight, liquid type, raw material specification) of material to be processed is inputted first, and the set furnace temperature is determined by a table from the raw material specification. Secondly, sorting is performed by liquid types, width and weight, and the liquid type process order is determined with the knowledge of a specialist. Lastly, the process order in the same liquid type is changed by shifting the order of material so as to satisfy a constraint condition and to improve an evaluation function.</p> |
