PURPOSE:To improve a cleaning effect, to obtain a high picture quality, and also to make body compact by performing respective different processes by a magnetic brush, an exposing lamp and an AC discharge device with forward and backward rotations of a photosensitive member. CONSTITUTION:When a power source switch is turned on, a photosensitive belt 5 rotates backward, and simultaneously, a magnetic brush roller 14 rotates in a direction (c), a full surface exposing lamp 15 is lighted, an AC discharge device 17 is energized by an electric power, and the belt 5 is destaticized and cleaned. Thereafter, when a printing button is pushed, a fixing roller 23 is driven. Subsequently, while a placing plate 4 moves, the belt 5 starts to rotate forward by a prescribed timing, also a main exposing lamp 13a and the lamp 15 are lighted, the roller 14 starts to operate, also discharge devices 12, 16 and 17 are energized by an electric power by a suitable timing, respectively, also a resist roller 20 is operated, each process of electrostatic charge, exposure, development, full surface exposure, transfer and separation is performed, and printing is executed. |
