PURPOSE:To promote controllability and safety by controlling opening and closing operation of an operating switch when an ignition switch is turned OFF, and enabling the opening and closing operation of an opening and closing body. CONSTITUTION:A controlling device is constituted of a key insert detection switch 6, an opening control circuit 24 and a closed control circuit 25. The opening control circuit 24 stores an off-operation of an operating switch 4, and when it is stored, a decision about whether the operating switch 4 has been closed or not, and when it is judged that the on-operation is made, a decision means 26 disables the off-operation of the operating switch 4. While, the close control circuit 25 stores the on-operation of the operating switch 4, and when it is stored, a decision about whether the operating switch 4 makes the off operation or not, and when it is decided that the off operation is made, a decision means 27 disables the on operation of the operating switch 4. |
