The vending machine comprises a cooling-only wares-receive room(3A) having a referigerator evaporator(7A) in a cabinet and a heating/cooling wares-receive room(3B) having heater(9) & evaporator(7B). A refrigerant circuit is formed by the parallel connection of the evaporators linked by each expansion valve(14) to a condenser unit(13). An electronic only. A temp. regulator(16A) in the cooling-only wares-receive room controls the condenser unit. A temp. regulator(16B) in the heating/cooling wares-receive room controls the electronic valve.
