PURPOSE:To obtain information on receiving signal intensity also, in a direction finder using a circular-arranged antenna, by contorlling length of direction indicating line corresponding to the receiving signal intensity. CONSTITUTION:An AGC circuit added with a multiplier 29 is installed on a receiver 13. And, the multiplier 29 multiplies an AGC control signal 30 by an indicating LF output from an indicating LF osillator 27 and supplies the product output to multipliers 25, 26. By these arrangements, an amplitude of the indicating LF signal assumes a higher value corresponding to the receiving signal intensity and consequently, the amplitudes of output signals of multipliers 25, 26 correspond to the receiving signal intensity. Therefore, the length of the direction indicating line can be changed on an indicator 28 according to the receiving signal intensity. Thus, not only the incoming direction of the electric wave, but also information on the receiving signal intensity can be obtained. |
