PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of post-distortion in a molded form in a blow molding method, in which a refrigerant gas is introduced into the hollow molded form and the molded form is quenched. CONSTITUTION:Structure in which a discharge pipe 13 fixed to the outside of a blowing pipe 12, in which a refrigerant-gas blowing combining discharge nozzle 3 can be moved in the upward direction, is mounted is formed. A refrigerant gas is ejected into a hollow molded form from the refrigerant-gas blow-off port 15 of the blowing pipe 12 while the blowing pipe 12 is moved vertically in the hollow molded form by driving an air cylinder 4. The refrigerant gas is moved around in the hollow molded form uniformly, and a surface in the hollow molded form is cooled equally, thus generating no post-distortion. |
