PURPOSE:To wash the interior of a tank of every kind by loosely fitting the drive shaft and follower shaft of a washing solution flow path each other and loosely fitting the leading end of the drive arm of the drive shaft to the brush holder made freely revolvable with respect to the follower arm of the follower shaft in a slidable manner. CONSTITUTION:When a drive shaft 16 is forwardly rotated at low speed by a mator 11, the rotation thereof is transmitted to a follower shaft 17 through a drive arm 55 and a follower arm 45 and further transmitted to a torque keeper 28 by a sprocket and a chain to make a cam clutch free and the follower shaft 17 is synchronously rotated. Since centrifugal force is small in this stage, brush holder 471, 472 are not opened. A washing solution passes through a washing solution passage 15 to be injected from nozzles 631, 632... through discharge orifices 62. Next, when the rotational speed of the drive shaft 16 is increased, the leading end of the drive arm 55 revolves along the slide slot of the lower brush holder 471 and centrifugal force also acts to open the brush holders 471, 472 and the brush 50 fixed to the leading ends of said holders comes into contact with the inner wall of a tank 1 to wash the same in cooperation with the injection of the washing solution. |
