<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a polyimide film freed from burn, having a high voltage retention over a wide range of temperatures and not suffering from unevenness of Vth by imidating a polyamic acid made from a diamine component based on a polar-group-free diamine. SOLUTION: This polyimide film is obtained by imidating a polyamic acid comprising a diamine components of formulas I and II and a tetracarboxylic acid dianhydride, having a content of structural units of formula I of 50-100mol%, terminated with an amino group, an acid anhydride group, -COOH group being its hydrolyzate or a group of formula III and having an inherent viscosity of 0.1-5dl/g as measured in N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone in a concentration of 0.5g/dl at a temperature of 30±0.01 deg.C. In formulas I and II, G<1> and G<2> are a 4-30C tetravalent organic group containing an aromatic group or an alicyclic group; L<1> is a group of formula IV; L<2> is different from L<1> and a 2-12C bivalent aliphatic group, a 4-36C bivalent organic group and a polysiloxane group of formula V. In formula III, Z is a 2-10C alkylene or phenylene; and R<45> and R<46> are each a 1-10C alkyl or the like.</p> |
