The automatic transmission prevents performance lowering caused by an oil shortage by alarming the driver if an inner pressure of the transmission is over a predefined value. The alarming device(40) comprises a housing(41) connected to a body(20) by a screw(41B); a pressing member(42) movably installed within the housing(41); a connector(43) formed on the upper of the housing(41); a plate spring(44) with one end connected to the connector(43) and the other end contactable to the pressing member(42); a contact point(45) selectively contacting the plate spring(44); a coil spring(46) elastically downward supporting the pressing member(42).
