The panel is made from a cement and glass fibre composition material which is poured into a mould and vibrated. It is reinforced by an inner frame and a filling material. The frame is made from U-section folded sheet metal bars (7, 11) which can be punched for improved anchoring in the composition material. It has inserts (15, 16) for positioning it in the mould and a filling, e.g. of polystyrene sheets, which are held in place between the frame members.
