<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely maintain the state of the engagement of an operating knob and a handle body when an operating handle is constituted by making the operating knob engaged with the handle body. <P>SOLUTION: The operating knob 53 is provided with an engaging piece 56 for being engaged with and disengaged from the handle body 52.
