摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation detector provided with such a high-sensitivity fluorescent screen that light is not scattered nor absorbed by or at the boundary of a binder or powder in the screen than heretofore and the optical transfer efficiency of the screen does not decline even when the thickness of the screen is increased. SOLUTION: In a method for manufacturing radiation detector, a single- crystal phosphor 102 is set on a first substrate 101 and polished. Then the surface of the phosphor 102 set on the substrate 101 is stuck to a second substrate on which at least a photoelectric conversion element, a switching element, a capacitance element, and wiring are formed. After the phosphor 102 is stuck to the second substrate, the first substrate 101 is removed.</p>
